On Saturday November 12 the Waialua Lego Robotics team attended a competition hosted by and at Mililani High school. We displayed our core values while we were there and had a good time.

We visited the 3 rooms filled with different judges and answered their questions all the while being supportive and kind to each other. When it came the time to compete with our robot, we placed 2nd out of 19 teams. It felt good, but like our core value states, it’s not about what we win, it’s about what we discover.

After all the competing was done to pass time two teams ,one being ours went up to display their skit in front of the audience. We got a loud clapping from the audience and then it was time for the awards. We won the robot design award, we were happy that we won something and went home satisfied with our day.
