Day 22
It's the last day of Week 3, and we are hard at work! The Control System and Construction directly worked together today, prototyping the robot. They each communicated their goals for it, collaborating and sharing ideas. The Business, Media, and Documentation Subteam updated their FIRST Impact Award presentation and essay, leaving comments and suggestions for each other on how to improve. In addition, they collected clips for the Weekly Recap, such as interviews and funny moments, which will be posted on Monday, Day 24 of Build Season! Progress of Week 3 has been wrapped up, and we will make even more in Week 4!
Day 21
The construction subteam has finished building all of the components needed for our robot. All that is left is to put the pieces together! Today they made very big progress and will be continuing to build the robot over the weekend. Control systems were getting ready to start wiring the robot, so they kept themselves busy in the meantime. They labeled batteries and ID motos, keeping organized for when progress speeds up in their subsystem. Business, Media, and Documentation had their FIRST Impact Award exchange, which they host to give and receive tips on their FIA presentation. They also continued capturing video and photo clips, adding on more and more to the weekly recap. This week, we have made so much progress, and will continue to make even more over the weekend!
